Terms of Service

Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC
Effective Date: 4/11/2025

By using services provided by Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before scheduling or continuing any services.

1. Services Provided

Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:

  • One-Time Clean

  • Weekly Cleaning

  • Bi-Weekly Cleaning

  • Monthly Cleaning

  • Seasonal Cleaning

All base pricing is based on an area size of up to 1/8th of an acre. For properties larger than this, additional charges will apply and will be communicated in advance.

2. Pricing & Adjustments

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • The size of the yard

  • The number of pets

  • The condition and cleanliness of the area

  • Accessibility of the property

We reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the client prior to service.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to your yard during scheduled service

  • Notify us of any changes in the number of pets

  • Ensure that all balances are paid on time

If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other obstacles, the scheduled visit may still be charged.

4. Inclement Weather

If inclement weather makes pet waste removal hazardous or impossible, service will be rescheduled for the next available safe day. We appreciate your understanding during weather-related delays.

5. Yard Maintenance

It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their yard, including removal of:

  • Leaves

  • Tall grass

  • Debris

  • Ice or snow

Note: If waste is missed due to poor yard conditions, it will be addressed during your next scheduled service after proper maintenance has been completed.

6. Missed Waste Policy

If you notice an excessive amount of missed waste, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll make a reasonable effort to correct the issue promptly.

7. Service Interruptions

If your pets will not be using the yard for an extended time (vacation, illness, etc.), you must notify us in advance to pause your service and avoid charges.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage to lawns, gates, fences, or property

  • Injury to or caused by pets

  • Missed cleanups due to obstructions or unsafe access

All reasonable care will be taken during services.

9. Fees & Promotions

All fees and promotional offers are subject to change. Clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of any pricing updates.

10. Termination of Services

You or the Company may terminate services at any time with written notice (email acceptable). All unpaid balances must be paid within 15 days of termination.

11. Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, and updated versions will be posted to our website at makeitpawfect.com.
