Terms of Service

Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC
Effective Date: 4/11/2025

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal contract between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


1. Services Provided

Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:

  • One-Time Clean

  • Weekly Cleaning

  • Bi-Weekly Cleaning

  • Monthly Cleaning

  • Seasonal Cleaning

Base pricing applies to properties up to 1/8 acre. Larger properties are subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

Recurring Service: To qualify as recurring service, the Client must complete at least two (2) scheduled services within a 45-day period. If only one service is completed before cancellation, the service will be billed at the one-time cleanup rate.


2. Pricing & Adjustments

Service pricing is determined by factors including:

  • Yard size

  • Number of pets

  • Yard condition and cleanliness

  • Property accessibility

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to service.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective services, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service.

  • Notify the Company of any changes in the number of pets.

  • Notify the Company of any aggressive or potentially dangerous pets and maintain adequate safety measures (including confinement) to prevent bites or injuries.

  • Maintain the yard in a condition that allows services to be performed (e.g., free of excess leaves, debris, tall grass, snow, or ice).

  • Ensure all balances are paid in full and on time.

If access to the property is denied or unsafe (e.g., locked gates, aggressive dogs, hazardous conditions, obstructions), the scheduled visit may be charged in full.


4. Inclement Weather

If weather conditions make services unsafe or impractical, services will be postponed to the next available safe date.


5. Yard Maintenance

The Client is responsible for general yard maintenance. The Company is not responsible for missed waste that is concealed by tall grass, snow, ice, leaves, or debris. Such waste will be addressed at the next scheduled service once conditions allow.


6. Missed Waste Policy

If the Client believes that excessive waste was missed, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service by emailing [email protected]. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address the issue but does not guarantee perfection.


7. Service Interruptions

If pets will not use the yard for an extended period (e.g., vacation, illness), the Client must notify the Company in advance to suspend services and avoid charges.


8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 No Liability for Damages
The Company is not responsible or liable for:

  • Damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, fences, decks, patios, outdoor furniture, or other property.

  • Injuries to or caused by pets, wildlife, or persons on the property.

  • Illness or disease contracted by pets or humans from animal waste.

  • Missed cleanups due to poor yard conditions, obstructions, unsafe access, or hidden waste.

8.2 Assumption of Risk
By allowing the Company access to your property, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with pet waste removal, including potential property damage, personal injury, or pet injury.

8.3 Indemnification
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pawfect Pet Cleanup LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

  • The Client’s property or pets.

  • The Client’s failure to disclose aggressive animals.

  • Any injuries, damages, or claims caused by pets, property conditions, or third parties.

  • Any breach of this Agreement.


9. Fees & Promotions

All fees, rates, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of price adjustments.


10. SMS Program Disclosure

By opting into the Company’s SMS program, the Client agrees to receive appointment reminders, updates, and promotional messages.

  • To cancel, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.

  • To rejoin, simply sign up again.

  • For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice (email is acceptable). The Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances, which must be paid in full within 15 days of termination.

The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate services for unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, or repeated failure to provide access or payment.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Client waives the right to pursue claims in court, including trial by jury or participation in a class action.


13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted at makeitpawfect.com. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
